What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

1.  Blank Tins:  The minimum order for blank tins from an existing mold is 5000 pieces.  Blank tins have no artwork attached.

2.  Printed or Embossed Tins:  The minimum order for printed or embossed tins is 10000 pieces.

3.  New Mold:  If you have a design that requires us to make a new mold, the minimum order is 10000 pieces.

How long does the whole process take? 

Make new mold:  20 days.  This is not necessary if you use one of our existing designs.
Create your sample using your artwork:  15 days.
Production of your order:  30 - 45 days.
Delivery from China or Germany to your location:  30 days.

If you use an existing design, we can proceed directly into making the sample with your artwork. After receiving your artwork and payment, it will takes us about 15 working days to produce the sample. After your approval of the sample, production time in our factory can take up to 45 days. The transit time for the freight from China or Germany can take up to one month. These estimates can vary by order quantity. If you use a custom design (not an existing mold in our stock) it may take another 20 days to create the custom mold. Delays occur with slow approvals and slow payments. We submit approvals to you by email. You do not receive an actual sample of the tin. We send pictures. If you require an actual sample, there is a USD$75.00 shipping charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?   We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, company check and wire transfer.

What are the payment terms?  All terms are prepaid. We do not provide credit terms for custom orders. Please note that we do not start production on samples or approved designs until payment has been received and verified by our bank.

Do you offer RUSH Service?  We cannot decrease the production time overseas.  We can offer to air freight the tins to your address.  Using international air freight will save time on the shipping from overseas.  However, the air freight charges are very cost prohibitive.

Are you sure that no lead paint is used in the manufacturing process?  We do not use lead paint in the imprint process. The imprint is applied by silk-screen and uses ink, not paint. All of our containers are safe for use with food and related products. We always suggest that you place a proper barrier between the tin and the edible foodstuffs. Most customers use plastic or paper as a safe barrier.
